Multiple media outlets are reporting Duke Head Football Coach David Cutcliffe is in line to take the vacant head coaching job at Tennessee barring a last minute snag in negoitions http://www.govolsxtra.com/news/2010/jan/14/source-cutcliffe-has-not-been-hired-ut/. Greensboro’s WRAL 2 reported earlier in the day that Cutcliffe had accepted the job. They have since backed off staying there is strong mutual interest but no done deal. ESPN is also saying that Cutcliffe is the Vols top target. Other reports out of Knoxville are saying no Coach will be hired today. The word swirling around the players in the Duke Locker Room is not promising. Just shot a text to Duke Quarterback Thaddeus Lewis asking him if Cuts sticking around.
